OnSite Meetings is an event registration and management platform operated by Chai Consultants LLC. Organizations ("organizers") use the platform to run their own events. When you register for an event, the organizer decides what information to collect and is responsible for how they use it; Chai Consultants LLC processes that information on their behalf.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. A phone number you provide on a registration form is used only to send you messages about that event, and is visible only to that event's organizer.
Message frequency: messages are transactional and infrequent — typically one to three messages per event you register for, such as your check-in code and reminders directly related to that event.
Message and data rates may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your registration and does not stop email about your registration.
We share your information with the organizer of the event you registered for, and with service providers who help us operate the platform — currently our email provider, our text messaging provider, our payment processor, and our hosting provider. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information.
We keep registration records for as long as the organizer's account is active, or as needed for accounting and legal obligations. Organizers may delete their event data, and may ask us to delete it on their behalf.
Traffic to and from the site is encrypted. Passwords are stored hashed. Access to an organizer's data is restricted to that organizer's account. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
The platform is not directed at children. Where an organizer registers a minor as a guest of an adult registrant, that information is provided by the adult.
