These terms

By using OnSite Meetings — whether registering for an event or administering one — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Registrants

• Provide accurate information. Your registration, badge, and check-in code are for you and are not transferable unless the organizer permits it.
• Your relationship for the event itself — what is included, refunds, cancellation, conduct at the venue — is with the event organizer, not with Chai Consultants LLC. We provide the software they use.
• Fees you pay are set by the organizer. Refunds are the organizer's decision.

Text messages

If you provide a mobile number, you consent to receive transactional text messages about that event, such as your check-in code. Message frequency is typically one to three messages per event. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy.

Organizers

• You are responsible for the information you collect from your registrants, for having a lawful basis to collect it, and for how you use it.
• You must not use the platform to send unsolicited messages. Only collect phone numbers with clear notice of what they will be used for.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your event details, pricing, and any payments you accept.
• Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access data belonging to another account, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chai Consultants LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount paid to us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Either party may end an organizer's use of the service; we will give reasonable notice where we can.
